Christmas Countdown Day 25: Christmas Booklet

A few years ago, I put together a booklet to simplify our tradition of reading the Christmas Story on Christmas Eve. In our family, we star with Samuel the Lamanite's prophecy in the Book of Mormon, read through the Anunciation, Joseph's dream, Luke 2 (of course), the signs given to the people in the Americas(recorded in 3rd Nephi), and finish off with the Wise Men.

For me, it was pretty inconvenient, when reading it all in one shot, to be constantly flipping pages, switching books, searching for the pertinent verses. So one year i sat down and fidgeted in Microsoft Word and put all the scriptures together in a book. So happy i was with the results, that i printed copies out for everyone on our Christmas Card list that year. It is my way of sharing my testimony of the Savior, and the truthfulness of both sacred records that testify of Him.

I have no idea how to create a pdf file for you to download for yourself, but if you comment here or e-mail me, i'd be more than happy to send you a copy! :)

Merry Christmas!
